Isaac joined Penn’s Office of Investments in 2023 and currently focuses on the real estate investment program for the University’s endowment and pension plans. Isaac holds a BA in Economics from the University Pennsylvania.

What excites you most about the work you do at Penn?

The work has meaningful impact and offers an intellectually stimulating environment that promotes continuous learning. The Office of Investments supports an astonishingly wide breadth of socially constructive missions with global reach. There is always a good reason to walk to work. The collaborative, curious environment at the office makes it an engaging time once I get there.

How did your own experiences with higher education change you?

Higher education sharpened my ability to think critically and collaboratively. At Penn, I consistently found myself in discussion with intelligent peers who challenged my thoughts and brought fresh ideas of their own. Whether brainstorming with classmates on how to approach a research paper or debating with teammates on how to handle a challenge facing the team, there was no shortage of opportunities to problem solve with other motivated individuals.

What is the best gift you ever received?

My framed jersey from Penn Soccer.
